The goal of the Healthy Living Module is to help kids build positive habits and encourage independence and confidence. Topics in this module include hygiene and routines, nutrition and exercise, mindfulness, and environmental awareness.
The goal of the Building Community Module is to help kids to understand the perspective of others and communicate effectively to create healthy relationships. Topics in this module include empathy, conflict resolution, teamwork, and communication.
The goal of the Dynamic Thinking Module is to teach kids about making choices and evaluating the benefits and consequences of their actions on an individual and global basis. Topics in this module include problem solving, logic and reasoning, decision making, and critical thinking.
The goal of the Emotional Awareness Module is to help kids identify, understand, and manage their emotions to promote a positive outlook. Topics in this module include self-awareness, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and coping skills.
